Cancellation Protection:
We recommend purchasing our modification and cancellation protection when booking a stay at Oasen Rømø ApS. This protection provides flexibility in case you need to modify or cancel your booking. It offers financial security and peace of mind in case of unforeseen events.
The modification and cancellation protection costs 20% of the total amount. It must be purchased together with the booking of the stay and cannot be added later. If you have purchased the modification and cancellation protection and need to change or cancel your stay with us, please do so in writing via email, including your customer number, to: Oasen.roemoe@gmail.com. Please send your modification or cancellation as early as possible, but no later than 12:00 PM on the arrival day. It is only possible to modify your stay once with this protection. The cancellation protection covers until 12:00 PM on the arrival day. The full amount paid (minus the price of the cancellation protection and booking fee) will be refunded. Cancellations of paid stays without purchased cancellation protection are subject to the general cancellation policy.
If you do not arrive on the arrival day:
Please inform us if you do not plan to arrive. For stays of more than one night, we reserve the right to rent out the spot if you have not arrived by 12:00 PM the day after your scheduled arrival date unless you have notified us in writing via email: Oasen.roemoe@gmail.com. Cancellation Policy:
If you have booked a stay without purchasing cancellation protection, we will refund 50% of the total price if you need to cancel your stay. Cancellations must be sent in writing via email, including your customer number, as early as possible but no later than 12:00 PM the day before the arrival date. In this case, we will refund 50% of the paid amount, excluding the booking fee. For cancellations made after 12:00 PM the day before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation During Your Stay:
In case of acute illness, accident, or death in the immediate family, please ensure that your private travel insurance covers these events. Our cancellation protection does NOT cover interruptions of your stay. We do not provide refunds for early departures, even if your spot is freed for a new booking.
Checking Out Before Departure Date:
If you check out early, your spot will be made available for new bookings, and you will need to vacate the premises. Your booking will be closed, and no refund will be issued for unused nights.
Modifications to Stay or Spot Without Modification Protection:
If modification protection was not purchased, we can assist as follows: Send us an email with the requested change of spot or dates as early as possible, but no later than 12:00 PM the day before arrival. Changes can only be made if possible within our booking system. The price for modifying a booking is DKK 50 per booking, which will be charged and must be paid before arrival or upon check-in at the self-service kiosk.
PIN Code:
Upon check-in at the self-service kiosk, you will receive a PIN code on your receipt. This PIN code is personal and grants access to facilities such as the shower, sauna, water, washing machine, and dryer. It is your responsibility to keep the code private to prevent misuse.
Prices and Discounts:
Prices at Oasen Rømø ApS are continuously adjusted and can be found on our website. We reserve the right to cancel a rental agreement due to typographical or printing errors. Discounts cannot be combined.
Force Majeure and Similar Conditions:
If the rental agreement cannot be fulfilled or is significantly hindered due to force majeure or similar conditions, including but not limited to war, cyber-attacks, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, fuel rationing, pollution disasters, epidemics, pandemics, currency trading stoppages, extreme weather, drought, storms/hurricanes, floods, border closures, traffic conditions, strikes, lockouts, and other unforeseeable events, Oasen Rømø ApS reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement without liability.
In such cases, Oasen Rømø ApS will notify the renter as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for payments already made. However, the renter will receive a credit voucher for the paid amount, which can be used for a new booking within a 2-year period.
Payment:
All prices listed in Oasen Rømø's online booking system and website are in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and all applicable fees unless otherwise specified. Payments are made using one of the approved payment cards in the online booking system, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Diners.
Online Shopping Information:
You can shop safely through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are generally protected against credit card fraud online, meaning you are not liable for any unauthorized transactions. For more information on online payments, please visit: www.betaling.dk, www.forbrug.dk.
Data Registration:
Oasen Rømø ApS records your name, address, email, and other information provided during the purchase process in its customer database. Your information is not shared with third parties, and the records are kept for five years. Oasen Rømø ApS uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the safety of your data. When paying by credit card, registration occurs via a secure server where information is encrypted before transmission.
Complaints:
If you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and have not received an error message, please contact us at the following address or phone number. Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself, or the stay must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the issue or when it should have been detected through a standard review of your contract. Complaints must be sent in writing to our email: oasen.roemoe@gmail.com. According to the Danish Purchase Act, the right to complain expires one year after the stay unless otherwise agreed. Upon receiving your complaint, Oasen Rømø ApS will process it as quickly as possible.
