Opening hours:
The reception in the main building is staffed Monday-Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM-4:00 PM. Outside these hours, we can be found on-site and reached by phone at +45 2031 8802.

IMPORTANT Information:
The motorhome park is open 24/7 for self-service.

If you have booked online, you will need to use your "Customer number", "Booking number" (see booking confirmation), and credit card for check-in at the machine. The same applies for check-out at the machine. You will receive a personal "pin code" at check-in, which will be used for electricity, sauna, water, etc.

If you have not booked online, please first go to the payment machine at one of the two sites, Oasis 1 or Oasis 2, and book your spot at the machine. Bring your credit card and proceed to your spot once you have checked in and received your personal pin code for electricity, shower, water, etc. When checking out at departure, you must bring your "Customer number", "Booking number", and credit card.
