Autocamperplads Oasen Rømø is a newly built Motorhome Stop for 218 motorhomes, located on a property with holiday apartments. Flat, gravel-laid parking areas with wide strips of grass between them. The seats are divided into three seats, with 28, 74 and 98 places respectively. All with electricity and a total of 3 emptying places and water supplies. Supermarket and bakery 500 m, to Sønderstrand 1 km, Rømø Golf Club 1.5 km, ferry to Sylt 2.5 km, beach 3 km. Lakolk beach 7.5 km. Oasen Rømø are usable all year round.

It is not possible to reserve the pitch before you pay for your stay. Check if the pitch has a red or green plate at the end of the pitch. Red means that the pitch is busy, but that the guest can be driven on eg. the beach during the daytime, and come back later on. Green means that pitch is available and available for use. Reservation in advance is not possible, stay in caravans and tents, and use of motorhome tents on motorhomes not allowed.

Autocamperplads Oasen Rømø

The island of Rømø is only three kilometers north of the German island, Sylt – Sylt, which makes Rømø to Denmark’s southernmost North Sea island. An almost ten-kilometer long dam connects the mainland with Rømø. Nearly 600 people live on the island, and it is nearly 18 kilometers long and nearly 6 kilometers wide.

Northern Europe’s widest sandy beaches, in Lakolk and Sønderstrand, are the most famous sights on the dune and heath rich holiday island – in the daytime you have to drive on the beach in Lakolk by car or camper while Sønderstrand is reserved for Sailors and Kiters.

The largest town on the island is Havneby in the south, and at the same time ferry port for Rømø-Sylt-Linie. The Wadden Sea around Rømø has since 2014 been part of UNESCO’s world natural heritage.

Oasen Rømø is centrally located to supermarket and bakery. From 500 – 2000 meters to restaurants. Perfect for cycling trips and next door to the Golf Club.
